Terms of service.

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.
• An order is confirmed only when payment succeeds. We may cancel and fully refund a payment where a listing error (price or stock) occurred — this is the only case where a money refund is made.
• Product images are of the actual items or official brand renders; minor packaging variations can occur between production runs.

Payments are processed by Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets). We never store your payment credentials. Prebook orders may be paid as deposit + balance per the prebook policy— unpaid balances forfeit the deposit.

Shipping charges, timelines and store pickup are governed by the shipping policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery (or on collection, for store pickup).

• Claims are accepted only for shipping/transportation damage, and only with a continuous unboxing video per the shipping policy.
• Remedy is a replacement of the same product, or your choice of other product(s) of equivalent value. No cash refunds.
• Collectible packaging wear (shelf wear, minor card/box imperfections) is not damage and is not claimable.

We may refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent, abusive of policies, or placed by bots/resellers at scale. Accounts used for fraudulent claims will be suspended.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction. If any clause is held unenforceable, the rest remain in force. We may update these terms; the version published here applies to new orders.
