Yes — everything is 100% authentic, sourced direct from brand distributors and checked in-house before listing. No grey market, no customs seconds.
What do you stock?
Collector-grade diecast (1:64 up to 1:18 — Hot Wheels, Bburago, Majorette, Tarmac Works, KaidoHouse, Inno64 and more) and official anime figures and model kits.
Shipping
What does shipping cost?
Orders of ₹10,000 or more ship free. Below that, delivery is charged by order value (₹150–₹350) — pan-India, tracked. The full tier table is in the shipping policy.
How do I track my order?
Every order gets an AWB and live tracking link on your orders page once dispatched.
Damage & replacements
My order arrived damaged. What now?
Send your uncut unboxing video (start recording before opening — full package, label visible) with your order number on WhatsApp to +91 63743 43719 within 48 hours of delivery. Valid transit damage gets a free replacement.
Do you give refunds?
No — we replace, we don’t refund. If a replacement isn’t available, you can pick any other product(s) of equivalent value instead.
What if I didn't record an unboxing video?
Then we can’t process a damage claim — the video is mandatory, no exceptions. Always record your unboxings.
Prebooks
How does prebooking work?
Reserve an upcoming drop with a deposit (or pay in full). When the product is live, you get an email with a link to pay the balance. Full details in the prebook policy.
What if I don't pay the balance?
The deposit is forfeited — prebook deposits are non-refundable if the full amount isn’t paid once the product is live.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets — processed securely by Razorpay. We never see or store your card details.
Store pickup
Can I collect my order in person?
Yes — choose Store pickup at checkout (always free) and collect from our shop at 33/3, Cart Track Road, Ekkatuthangal, Chennai. We’ll notify you when it’s ready; carry a photo ID.
